Implements CDC Fecal Incident Response Recommendations [1][2]: formed stool / vomit to 2 ppm FC · 25–30 min (CT 45, Giardia); diarrhea to 20 ppm FC · 12.75 h (CT 15,300, Crypto), pH 7.2–7.5, temp ≥ 77 °F, unstabilized chlorine. Cyanuric acid slows Crypto kill 3–5× — the diarrheal timetable assumes CYA ≈ 0; with CYA present, drain/dilute first or hold far longer per CDC's stabilized-pool table. The hold clock starts only once FC is verified at target, survives a reload (localStorage), and shared-filtration pools all close together.
